-  0–4 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house).
- Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills — you think beyond aesthetics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro, (After Effects a plus).
- A sharp eye for typography, composition, and color.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and openness to feedback.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership and cross-functional teams on content strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement through multimedia.
- A portfolio website that demonstrates design talent, versatility, and creative thinking.
- Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in developing design solutions.
- Â Collaborate with the tradeshow coordinator to create booth collateral and multimedia displays for tradeshows and customer-facing events.

Education, Experience & Additional Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in design or advertising.
- 0-4 years of experience, though this is not mandatory.
