Role Description

 

We're seeking a Junior Graphic Designer eager to grow and collaborate on a diverse range of projects, including advertising, social media, trade shows, videos, and marketing materials. Join a team that values fresh ideas, storytelling, and strong design thinking to create impactful visual solutions and multi-media campaigns. You'll also work closely with internal sales and training teams, as well as external partners, to elevate our brand.

 

What You'll Do

 

  • Concept, design, and produce materials across digital and print platforms (ads, social media, video, collateral, presentations, trade show booth designs, company events, and promotional activations, etc.)
  • Work closely with senior creatives and marketing partners to develop engaging, on-brand visual concepts.
  • Contribute ideas to brainstorms and campaign development.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various media.
  • Periodically edit and manage webinar content to ensure consistent formatting and quality across all touchpoints.
  • Support video content for brand, social media, and digital platforms (motion graphic skills are a plus).
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the creative team's goals and objectives.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For 

 

  •  0–4 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house).
  • Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills — you think beyond aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro, (After Effects a plus).
  • A sharp eye for typography, composition, and color.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and openness to feedback.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership and cross-functional teams on content strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement through multimedia.
  • A portfolio website that demonstrates design talent, versatility, and creative thinking.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in developing design solutions.
  •  Collaborate with the tradeshow coordinator to create booth collateral and multimedia displays for tradeshows and customer-facing events.

 

Education, Experience & Additional Skills

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in design or advertising.
  • 0-4 years of experience, though this is not mandatory.
