Job Summary: The HVACR Key Accounts Manager will sell and promote Vybond HVACR tapes used in joining and sealing duct work for residential and light commercial construction, along with ancillary products. This role will focus on preservation and organic growth within the current base business while working to secure new customers in the HVACR segment.   Performance will be measured on revenue and EBITDA annual operating plan along with other key metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic
- Work closely with internal Vybond teams and external sales teams to execute the vision and strategy for increased growth, while exceeding revenue and EBITDA goals.
- Promote Vybond tape products with established customers and build pipeline of potential growth for HVACR segment.
- Work with external sales team to build, manage and report on pipeline opportunities within the CRM system utilized by Vybond.
- Build strong relationships with customers and external sales teams to drive long term partnerships.
- Work collaboratively with National Sales Manager and external sales teams on all customer accounts, Industry Organizations and Buying Groups.
- Ensure profitability through responsible price action and expense management.
- Assist in management and tracking of Growth Incentive and Coop Customer Programs.
- Understand and report on business metrics and analytics that explain and drive the HVACR business.
Planning
- Work closely with plant and functional teams along with key sales reps to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Identify new product opportunities and help coordinate development with Vybond Research & Development team.
- Provide additional support to the National Sales Manager as needed to ensure smooth and effective sales operations are achieved.
Other Responsibilities:
- Properly maintain all company equipment.
- Overnight travel in territory required is greater than 50%, primarily in the U.S.
