Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations including planning, scheduling and inventory management in our Franklin, KY facility. This role is pivotal in aligning supply chain strategies with business objectives, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Supply Chain Manager will lead cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and support strategic initiatives across the site and report into the Supply Chain & Customer Care Director. The Supply Chain Manager will be located onsite in our Franklin, KY facility and oversee the supply chain team supporting the Franklin facility consisting of multiple planners and schedulers residing in Franklin facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated supply chain plans to meet customer demand and business goals.
- Lead cross-functional coordination between production, procurement, logistics, and sales to ensure seamless execution of supply chain activities.
- Manage inventory levels and production schedules to optimize working capital and service levels.
- Identify and resolve supply chain constraints related to capacity, materials, and labor.
- Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to monitor performance and drive decision-making.
- KPIs tracked would be included but not limited to STP (OTIF), lead time, inventory levels, machine & labor productivity within the site
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes, systems, and tools (ERP, forecasting, planning platforms).
- Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, providing mentorship, training, and performance management.
- Represent the supply chain function in S&OP meetings and strategic business planning.
