General Overview:
This position is accountable for providing diners with an exceptional dining experience.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Customer Service
- Assist with greeting and seating guests upon arrival
- Conduct all service with a friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor
- Follow all company standards of service
- Comply with all health, safety, and liquor regulations
- Ensure guests are legal to purchase alcohol by verifying proper I.D.
- Monitor alcohol service and guest consumption and maintain compliance with regulations
- Be fully knowledgeable about all food and beverage offerings
Monies and Gratuities
- Proper care and handling of own server bank
- Collect all funds owed by customers
- Reconcile monies collected to the POS system and close Z
Restaurant Maintenance and Operation
- Maintain organized and sanitary work areas throughout the restaurant and kitchen
- Date, stock, and rotate products
- Complete opening and/or closing procedures if assigned those shifts
- Close, lock and secure facility when applicable
- Perform cleaning and minor facility maintenance during slow periods
