Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Human Resources Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This position plays a key role in facilitating HR processes and providing administrative support across a wide range of functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, records management, and HRIS administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate tracking, scheduling interviews, and sending follow-up correspondence.
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation sessions.
- Verify and maintain I-9 documentation and files.
- Support the completion of background checks and other onboarding requirements.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of the performance review process.
- Maintain and audit employee records in physical files and HRIS.
- Assist in payroll and benefits, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Support employee offboarding and termination processes.
- Respond to employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and other HR-related activities as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including correspondence, document handling, and file organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
