WCTractor is hiring a Field Service Technician based out of our Brenham store to support customers in Brenham and the surrounding areas. In this role, you’ll bring hands-on mechanical expertise straight to the customer—keeping their equipment up and running when and where they need it most.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide on-site diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for agricultural and construction equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and more
• Communicate with customers professionally while representing WCTractor in the field
• Keep accurate records of service work and maintain proper documentation
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and effective repairs

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience as a diesel, ag, or construction equipment technician
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in the field
• Solid communication and customer service skills
• CDL or the ability to obtain one is a plus
