What You’ll Do

As a Powersports & Small Tractor Sales Representative, you’ll be the go-to expert for customers looking to invest in top-of-the-line equipment. Your role will include:

• Building relationships with new and existing customers.
• Generating leads and identifying sales opportunities.
• Matching customers with the right powersports and small tractor equipment to fit their needs.
• Negotiating contracts and closing sales.
• Collaborating with marketing efforts to drive sales.
• Staying knowledgeable about current and new inventory.

This is a commission-based position, meaning the harder you work, the more you earn!

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will be:
✅ A self-motivated, goal-driven individual.
✅ Comfortable with face-to-face sales and relationship-building.
✅ Knowledgeable about powersports, small tractors, or outdoor equipment (or eager to learn!).
✅ Experienced in sales (preferred but not required).
✅ A great communicator with strong customer service skills.
✅ Organized, with good time management skills.

Bonus points if you have experience in agriculture, ranching, or outdoor recreation!
