Entry Level Help Desk Technician
The Entry Level Help Desk Technician is responsible for support for our onsite and international team. This role is a full time, onsite position that will range from responding to requests in person and resetting forgotten passwords to troubleshooting devices. You will also track common issues to build internal training and knowledge. This position reports to our IT Manager as part of our Administration team.
Responsibilities:
- Go-To person for on site support
- Set up new devices for incoming employees ensuring installation of all necessary software
- Help track and manage inventory of computers, monitors and other gear from purchase to retirement
- Ensure our asset list is up to date - who has what device(s) and where they are
- Support in Onboarding // Setting up accounts and training how to navigate our IT tools ensuring they can hit the ground running
- Support HR and Department Heads in Offboarding // Deactivating accounts and collecting equipment
- Help manage user accounts in Google Workspace and Microsoft
- Support the IT Manager in rolling out new initiatives, tools, or system upgrades
Qualifications:
- Comfortable working with Mac and PC - you don't need to be an expert, we will train you
- Organized individual who can track equipment, users and processes
- An outgoing nature, thriving in a service centered business
- Excellent documentation skills
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Admin Console is preferred, but we can train you
- Exposure to device management like Hexnode UEM and/or security software like Harmony Checkpoint EDR

A successful candidate will be a detail-oriented, efficient, and eager to learn individual who is not afraid to ask questions. You will work closely with our IT Manager, supporting the whole team and ensuring we are operating at full capacity.
