- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Legal Studies, Risk Management, or a related field required.
- 3–5 years of experience in contract administration, risk management, compliance, or a similar role.
- Experience working with insurance claims, liability cases, or regulatory compliance preferred.
- Familiarity with contract law principles and risk assessment methodologies.
- Strong understanding of contract language, legal terminology, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex documents and regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Physical demands:
The employee must regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
