- 3 years’ work history in IT support related position is preferred.
- CCNA desired, but not required.
- 2 year Associates degree in IT related field, or combination of formal education and relevant work history.
- Industry certifications such as A+ and Network+ are desired but not required.
- Vendor specific certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, etc., are desired but not required.
- Working knowledge of basic computer hardware.
- Experience with desktop operating systems including Windows 7/10.
- Extensive application support experience.
- Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent communication.
- Ability to research, diagnose, and resolve difficult problems.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong documentation skills, including attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while performing duties with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Position requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer, requiring near vision and manual dexterity.
