POSITION SUMMARY: Provide excellent guest service to buffet dining patrons to include greeting, seating, processing payment transactions, and providing assistance to servers in venue.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to:
- Greet, seat guests, answer telephones, provide information when requested.
- Assist with delivery of tableware, menus, beverages, as needed.
- Process To-Go orders accurately and timely.
- Process payment transactions accurately.
- Perform server, cashier, busser duties, as needed.
- Perform other tasks, as directed.
