We are seeking a qualified Client Relationship Manager to help sustain partner relationships for long-term growth and revenue. This role is responsible for independently developing and managing sound and profitable new client relationships while enhancing and strengthening existing client relationships by delivering extraordinary service across the full lifecycle of a clients experience. The position is responsible for effectively handling day-to-day client needs, identifying opportunities to evolve client business and exceeding client expectations through proactive solutions.

This role is also responsible for ensuring that ADS operational service offering continues to evolve in line with industry and client trends with the goal of offering our clients class leading operational excellence while enhancing operational efficiency and profitability. Attending industry events and conferences to remain visible in the market and current on industry trends and competitor services/offerings may occasionally be required.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

  • Possess a high degree of experience in relationship management, client services or account management
  • Be self-motivated and directed with effective organization, prioritization, time-management, and project management skills
  • Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited institution in a business-related field
  • Two years management experience, especially in a call center environment
  • 3+ years of solid professional experience in relationship, client or program management
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and LinkedIn
