- Expertise in understanding customer needs and project goals to enhance service and safety.

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent field experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of railroad construction and/or civil experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Experience in civil construction, track construction, and structure construction.
- Ability to assess jobsite risks and enforce contractor compliance with mitigation plans.
- Ability to review and understand project-specific design plans.
- Familiarity with Construction Project Schedules.
- Proficiency in electronic communications (e-mail, text) and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Additional Qualifications, Certifications, etc.:
- OSHA 10 (preferably 30 hr).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Bilingual.
- Previous railroad certifications.
