Requirements
- Professional presentation skills with clear verbal communication, proper grammar, and articulation
- Excellent listening, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Highly-organized with ability to multi-task, work well under pressure with deadlines and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent documentation skills
- Good Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills
- The ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems. OR Expertise in using recruitment technology and tools.
- Knowledge of employment laws
- Proficiency in social media, resume databases, and professional networks
- At least three years dedicated corporate or staffing agency recruitment experience
- Human Resources experience preferred
- Demonstrated stable work history
Preferences
- Prior call center, healthcare or collector/accounts receivable recruitment experience
- Paycom ATS experience
- AdobeSign experience
