Education, Training, and Experience
Must have a High School Diploma or graduated from an accredited GED Program. At least 1 year of experience with clerical/secretarial or data entry work as the primary job duty.
1 college semester (15hrs) in related field may be substituted for each 6 months of clerical/secretarial or data entry experience.
Must have current driver’s license and be insurable under Center insurance. Position may require use of personal vehicle in performance of job-related duties and proof of PIP insurance. Must pass and maintain all Center-mandated trainings.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must be able to read and interpret material(s) at the high school level. Must be able to write at the high school level.
- Basic understanding of mathematics at the high school level is required.
- Must provide verbal feedback to staff and to participate in meetings.
- Must possess the ability to use a computer with basic word processing equipment and programs, spreadsheet programs and work in database programs to complete data entry.
- Ability to use a copy machine, fax machine and calculator if necessary.
