- Ability to clearly communicate with all personnel
- Strong organizational skills
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work primarily outdoors
- Willingness to learn proficiency in using Apple iOS and Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
