- Strong written and verbal communication skills – you know how to connect with people!

- A self-starter with excellent organizational skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and recruiting platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
