Description

Position Summary

The Data Analyst / IT Support role is responsible for supporting internal users with technical issues and driving data analysis that informs key business decisions. This individual will work closely with leadership, operations, and other departments to improve reporting, troubleshoot IT issues, and help implement technology solutions across the company.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis

  • Collect, organize, and analyze operational and performance data

  • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or other tools

  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through data-driven insights

  • Assist departments with forecasting, scheduling, and KPI reporting

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through reporting and analytics

IT Support

  • Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues

  • Maintain user accounts, permissions, and system configurations

  • Assist with troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, and internal systems

  • Document IT issues and resolutions for knowledge-sharing and tracking

  • Coordinate with external IT vendors or escalate issues as needed

  • Support IT onboarding/offboarding processes

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 1–3 years of experience in a data or IT support role

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning)

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus

  • Knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and general IT troubleshooting

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and support both technical and non-technical users

  • Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset
