The Opportunity: The Hospitality Services Associate, Transportation is a key representative of the Club’s luxury service culture and often provides the first and last impression of the Member or Guest experience. Whether greeting a Homeowner Member at arrival, coordinating timely transfers for Real Estate Prospects, or assisting with luggage and personal items, this role is central to delivering a seamless, discreet, and five-star transportation experience. Associates in this position are expected to operate with precision, safety, and a deep knowledge of member preferences, ensuring that every interaction reflects the Club’s private and personalized standards of excellence.

 

Duties and Functions

Transportation & Guest Service Delivery

  • Greet all Members, Guests, and Prospects upon arrival and departure with warmth, polish, and professionalism.
  • Operate Club vehicles safely and responsibly, providing timely and comfortable transportation to and from accommodations, amenities, and local destinations.
  • Assist with loading and unloading luggage and personal belongings, ensuring respectful handling at all times.
  • Offer directions, local insights, and support to enhance the overall guest journey.
  • Learn and apply guest and member preferences to personalize service delivery.

Daily Operations Support

  • Coordinate transportation needs in alignment with guest itineraries and reservation requests.
  • Maintain accurate logs of transportation activity and communicate status updates with the broader Hospitality Services team.
  • Conduct regular readiness checks of Club vehicles, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards are met.
  • Respond to last-minute or high-priority transportation requests with a calm and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Clean and maintain company vehicles and golf carts for the arriving members/guests.

Club Standards & Presentation

  • Uphold luxury-level service expectations in all transportation touchpoints, from punctuality to vehicle appearance.
  • Report vehicle maintenance needs or safety concerns immediately.
  • Ensure staging areas and arrival points remain clean, organized, and guest-ready.
  • Conduct pre and post trip inspections.

Team Collaboration

  • Communicate proactively with Hospitality Services, Security, Housekeeping, Real Estate, and Guest Services teams.
  • Follow direction from supervisors and leadership while supporting a cooperative and professional team culture.
  • Represent the Club brand and values at all times, maintaining discretion, confidentiality, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor/manager.

 

Qualifications Standards

  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, guest services, private transportation, or similar service-focused environments preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate Club vehicles safely and in accordance with local traffic laws.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate needs and adapt quickly.
  • Demonstrated discretion, trustworthiness, and a commitment to member and guest privacy.
  • Able to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
  • Comfortable using radios, digital transportation logs, and guest service technology platforms.
  • Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 pounds.
