Aesthetic Registered Nurse - Glo Med Spa

PA-C, or NP with at least 2-3 years of aesthetic experience needed for our newest addition to Glo Medspa in Winterville, NC.  As part of our clinical team, this role would involve caring and treating aesthetic clients within our clinical practice during and after their treatments as well as working with the medical and esthetic staff to ensure compliance of protocols and safety of the patients.

Job Requirements:

• Maintain strict confidentiality
• Function well as part of a team
• Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
• Must have 2-3 years of aesthetic cosmetic experience and be knowledgeable of toxins, dermal fillers, IPL, RF micro-needling and other esthetic treatments, protocols and skin care products.
• Performs other duties as required

• Qualifications:
• A current North Carolina PA-C or NP license
• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing or medical school
• 2-3 years of experience in an aesthetic environment
• Strong assessment skills to evaluate patients' cosmetic treatment plan and the ability to recognize and address any complications.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and other healthcare-related technologies.
• Ability to take quick direction and assist in a variety of patient cases and effectively communicate with other staff members.
• Ability to use good reasoning and judgment and react calmly and compassionately in all situations; communicating with the medical director on staff.
• Great interpersonal skills & patient relation skills
• Demonstrates leadership ability and desire for professional growth
• Possess a keen desire to work in aesthetics
• Proven willingness to go above and beyond expectations

Requirements
•    3 years Aesthetic injectable experience highly preferred.  
•    Must have either a current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state             of North Carolina.
•    Excellent customer support, communication, and integrity.
•    Ability to build rapport with customers and follow-through with aftercare product recommendations.
•    Desire to work in a dynamic environment and grow skills.
•    Able to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
•    Possesses knowledge on skin care and has the desire to learn more.
•    Trustworthy and Reliable.

Demonstrates skills in sales, customer service, collaboration, and time management.
