Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and a minimum of 6+ years with a preference given to life sciences/pharma industry experience. Experience with regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and contract law is essential.
- Significant redlining and contract review and negotiation experience required.
- Knowledge of applicable healthcare, compliance, and privacy laws, rules, and regulations (Sunshine Act, Anti-Kickback Statue, pharmacovigilance requirements, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, etc.).
- Must be detail oriented and demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, and a strong work ethic focused on providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $115,000 - $145,000. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
