Corporate Paralegal

A&D Mortgage - Financial Holding Company successfully providing residential and commercial loans for more than 20 years, based in Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing state filings for the formation, dissolution, and merger of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies.

• Filing various statements and forms with different government agencies according to the compliance manual.

• Maintaining corporate records for corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies.

• Preparing and filing necessary reports for companies with appropriate government agencies.

Legal:

• Assist with light legal work (reviewing legal documents)

• Coordinate with attorneys and other legal professionals as needed

• Assist Internal Counsel with legal documentation

• Administrative and Organizational Support:

• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

• Writing and Communication:

• Draft and edit various documents, including emails, memos, and reports.

• Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• Fluent Russian and English

• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred/Paralegal Certificate.

• Knowledge of state laws and their relationship to corporate and securities matters, and various state, county, and city licensing laws and requirements.
