Answer reservation calls and book guest rooms, spa, golf, dining and water sports.
- Answer phone in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answers all phone calls promptly.
- Record all mail, e-mail, and fax reservations received.
- Convey rates and package information to guests.
- Enter and retrieve information re: rooms, rates, billing, etc., on computer system.
- Assist guest with directions, reservations, outlet information, general information and any special requests.
- Handle incoming calls from transient guest’s and groups for resort reservations.
- Assist the Front Desk in blocking of special requests as received.
- Utilize resort upsell strategies.
- Process group information and group rooming lists.
- Print labels, envelopes, etc.
- Process gift certificates.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Revenue Manager and/or Reservations Supervisor.
