Job Title: Director of Brand Marketing
Location: Portland, OR or Remote
Department: Marketing
Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer
We’ve already built something special.
Now it’s time to tell the world - louder, bigger, bolder!
As Director of Brand Marketing, you’ll take what Portland Leather already is (a fast-growing, values-led brand with fiercely loyal customers and a product that over delivers) and make sure the world can’t miss it! This role is for someone ready to lead the charge across PR, influencer programs, partnerships, affiliate growth, and brand experiences - driving reach, relevance, and retention at scale. You’ll work closely with other directors, reporting directly to the CMO, as part of an efficient, and driven marketing team.
At Portland Leather Goods, we’re not chasing trends - we’re building a lasting brand with real values, real products, and real community. You’ll be part of a marketing team that moves fast, thinks long-term, and prioritizes substance over flash. You’ll have the tools, trust, and runway to make a meaningful impact while working alongside people who genuinely care about doing things right. If you’re motivated, strategic, and ready to help more people discover what we’ve built - we’d love to meet you!
Portland Leather Goods is in a new season of explosive growth. This is a rare opportunity to step into a Director-level role where your impact will be felt from day one. If you know how to turn genuine love for a brand into press, partnerships, and social proof that fuels momentum - then the challenge is clear:
Step up. Amplify the story. Make Portland Leather impossible to ignore!
