Job Description Summary: We are seeking a talented product manager to support global marketing activities, including therapy development, patient programs, conference planning, and more. These marketing activities are in support of bringing a new therapy and a new transcatheter indication to market.
Job Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the global downstream marketing strategy for a new transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) indication, from launch execution through post-launch market adoption.
- Develop and execute customer-facing marketing tactics, from creative development and messaging to Regulatory review to final delivery.
- Partner with and manage external partners and vendors as needed to execute marketing deliverables. Source and vet new vendors as needed.
- Management and support of company presence at key scientific conferences, work with field teams to support regional or hospital level conferences and events.
- Serve as the primary marketing liaison for field teams, providing expert product support and serving as go-to resource for product messaging and clinical data, strengthening the strategic alignment between Sales and Marketing.
- Support OUS activities, including marketing tactics and programs specific to the EU, partnering with global stakeholders, both internal and external.
Other Responsibilities:
- Develop strong data-focused clinical expertise on TAVR and other aortic valve therapies.
- Maintain and provide knowledge on competitive landscape and market intelligence.
- Support upstream marketing needs, working closely with R&D to build thoughtful and informed future product pipeline.
- Provide marketing support to Clinical Affairs, focusing on clinical trial recruitment and enrollment.
- Support packaging, labeling, and IFU needs.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of marketing experience.
- Experience working in marketing with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in cardiology and medical device preferred.
