Job Description Summary: We are seeking an experienced product manager to support global marketing activities, including strategic market expansion, therapy development, patient programs, and more. These marketing activities are in support of bringing a new therapy and a new transcatheter indication to market.

Primary Responsibilities:
Commercial Strategy & Launch Support
- Support the global downstream marketing strategy for a new transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) indication, from launch execution through post-launch market adoption.
- Own the product's brand identity and lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, managing tactics from creative concept to in-market delivery.
Sales Enablement & Field Partnership
- Lead the creation of high-impact sales enablement tools, including training materials, procedural guides, clinical presentations, and competitive talk tracks.
- Serve as the primary marketing liaison for certain regions of the commercial field team, providing expert product support, leading training sessions, and strengthening the strategic alignment between Sales and Marketing.
Clinical Marketing
- Partner closely with the Clinical Affairs team to develop marketing initiatives and compelling materials that support clinical trial execution and accelerate patient enrollment.
- Translate complex clinical data into clear and compelling messaging for physicians, hospital administrators, and patients.
Therapy and Market Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive disease state awareness campaigns aimed at educating the public and creating a clinical urgency to treat this underserved patient population.
- Design and implement targeted outreach programs for referring physicians and other key clinical stakeholders to build a robust and efficient patient referral network.
- Analyze the patient journey to identify key barriers to treatment and develop strategic initiatives to streamline the referral pathway from initial diagnosis to therapy.
