Trail Crew

Essential Job Functions

• Work with hand tools I.E hammer,saws,tape measures, drills….
• Transporting trail building material up and down hills
• Work flexible hours due to fire level changes
• Design and construct trail features

Secondary Job Functions

• Work as a TEAM PLAYER in a TEAM atmosphere.
• Help out in other departments as needed.
• Separate garbage and recyclables into appropriate bins.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Smiling
• Look out for all Skibowl/H-Management/Mt Hood Management property and assets.
• Address any issues as it occurs or inform the appropriate Patrol Director.
• Assist customers.
• Able to facilitate and satisfy displeased guests.

Requirements

• Must be able to work outdoors and in inclimite weather.
• Must be able to deal with high volumes of people in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Able to read and write English.
• Able to work well with others in a TEAM environment.
• Must be willing to adhere to the appearance code of the department.
• Must be reliable.
• Must be about to work Holidays and Weekends.
• Must be able to stand entire shift.
• Must be able to lift at least 80lbs repeatedly
• Can work with limited supervisory
• Must be able to reason and react with quick, thoughtful judgments, while remaining calm under pressure.
