As a Financial Analyst Intern, you’ll work closely with experienced finance professionals who will mentor you as you develop long-range plans, prepare executive-level presentations, and gain valuable insights into corporate finance and strategy. 

This internship will be starting on June 2, 2025.

What you’ll be doing 

As a Financial Analyst Intern at Options For All, you will:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial plans / forecasts including monthly projections, annual budgets, long range plans, and related updates 

  • Analyze financial and operational results versus forecast and plan, investigate significant variances and communicate findings to management team 

  • Assist in the validation of existing forecasts 

  • Analyze monthly reports, investigate variances and review with the management team 

  • Support strategic initiatives and help review critical financial decisions 

  • Support internal and external financial and management reporting including investor and banking relations 

  • Assist in preparation of financial modeling for new business development, cost saving projects, capital expenditure evaluation, competitive analyses, and channel, broker, customer and product profitability 

  • Assist in the preparation of executive, board level, and research analyst presentations 

  • Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and management reports on request 

 

What we’re looking for  

  • Qualifications

    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. 
    • Must pass a background check. 
  • Education:
    • Currently enrolled and in good standing at an accredited university 

    • Minimum 3.0 GPA 

  • Experience

    • Experience with NetSuite and Power BI is a plus 

  • Skills

    • ​​​​​​​Thorough understanding of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow 

    • Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and processes end-to-end with a strong attention to detail 

    • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills 

    • Ability to work under tight deadlines 

    • Must be detail oriented and very organized with the ability to multi-task to deliver timely output and handle shifting priorities professionally 

    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills 

    • Able to communicate quantitative information in a qualitative manner 

    • Excellent problem-solving skills in a team environment 

    • Ability to understand business objectives and requirements, organize and interpret results, and deliver insights and recommendations through effective reporting 

    • Be open to and accepting of a rapidly changing dynamic business environment 

    • Natural curiosity and a lifelong learner 

 

This position requires the employee to regularly stand, walk, sit, talk and hear. They must be capable of writing, using a computer keyboard, telephone and related office equipment. Ability to lift 15lbs.
