Position Summary:
Working directly under the Director of Corporate Compliance, this position is responsible for contributing to the ongoing development, implementation and maintenance of the Corporate Compliance Program, including but not limited to policy and internal control development and administration, compliance monitoring , reporting, and identifying opportunities for improvement. This position interacts with managers and employees throughout the company and handles confidential information with discretion and operates with independent judgment, self-direction and initiative.

Essential Functions:
- Assist in monitoring and documenting compliance with regulatory requirements through the use of Auditboard, a third party GRC tool.
- Assist in developing internal controls and other compliance assurance methods.Â
- Perform second level compliance assurance reviews of existing procedures by business units, focusing primarily on recent insurance regulatory requirements.
- Work cooperatively and collaboratively with other compliance professionals across the company to foster a culture of compliance.
- Assist in developing companywide procedures and policies regarding record keeping, privacy and federal law obligations.
