Education/Certification:
- Completion of 2 years of college courses with a focus in HR, equivalent work experience in recruiting or HR, or equivalent work experience.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
Required Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies including behavioral interview questions, assessment testing, and removing bias from the recruiting process
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Basic understanding of Human Resource functions
Experience Required:
- Prior recruiting experience preferred.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred

- Solid analytical, creative, and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work well independently
