Responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources (“HR”) department at Prestonwood Baptist Church (“PBC”).
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to HR including:
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering telephones
- Ordering office supplies
- Other clerical and administrative duties
- Create employee files and labels
- Ensure all documents are filed timely
- Input data into Human Resources Information System (“HRIS”) system
- Initiate and monitor new hire onboarding checklists completion
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Ensure background screening and reference check processes are followed
- Oversee badge process for volunteers and staff
- Assist employees with Employee Self-Service time keeping tool
- Maintain staff photos in HRIS and staff photos electronic folder
- Complete monthly employment background check processes and maintain results in the Church Management System (“CRM”) and the HRIS
- Assist with after payroll filing
- Update organization charts
- Monitor the jobs and HR inbox
- Assist with external recruiting opportunities
- Document HR processes
- Assist with HR department related projects
- Other duties as assigned
