Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer’s missions, capabilities, and business posture within the government sector.

Formulate and execute strategic growth initiatives for expanding business opportunities
-
Identify technical requirements, buying influences and project scope for the Organization.

Set up meetings and meet with the government decision makers to solicit direct award business.

Work closely with executive management in developing and managing opportunities, contributing through the duration of the capture cycle.

Promote Bestica capability at trade meetings and conferences, including maintaining value-added contact with government officials and government customer representatives.

Identify opportunities utilizing various government databases and contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
-
3+ years’ experience in federal government sales.
-
Federal/DoD experience with a focus in Information Technology
-
An understanding of the entire Capture Process
-
Experience with Pricing and Market Analysis
-
Storyboarding experience
-
Forecast Management – being able to forecast the opportunity you are capturing, when it will drop, ect.
-
Must be very detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
