Education & experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A friendly, attentive attitude.
- Must be the minimum age to serve alcohol.
- A passion for providing customers with high-quality service.
- Compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws.
- Server experience preferred, but not required.
- Fluency in other languages beneficial
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Knowledgeable in mixology, beers, wines, and other spirits
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences
- Possess basic computer skills
- Detail-oriented and works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively present one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other staff members of the organization and hospitality community
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to “pitch-in” and be a team player
- Ability to carry heavy trays, stand and walk about the dining room and/or outdoor patio for the majority of shift
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Passionate about creating an exceptional experience for all guests
