Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Legal Administrative Assistant with 3-5 years of litigation experience to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment. The legal assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys, maintaining case files, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations within our litigation team.
What you'll do:

Provide legal and administrative support to attorneys and paralegals, including preparing, formatting, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence

Ensure the front desk, lobby, and common areas remain clean, organized, and client-ready
