Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented legal secretary with 5+ years of litigation experience to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment. The legal secretary will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys, maintaining case files, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations within our litigation team.
What you'll do:

Prepare and format legal documents including pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests and responses, and correspondence.

Assist with assembling materials for hearings, depositions, and trials (e.g., exhibits, binders, witness lists).
