Job Summary

The Intern Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting the Marketing Specialist with the company’s digital presence, content creation, and teammate engagement initiatives. This role includes assisting with publishing social media content, overseeing company publications, coordinating recognition events, and supporting marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and skilled in communication.

 

Essential Functions

  • Assist with all Company publications including, but not limited to, annual company calendars, newsletters, signage, brochures, PowerPoint presentations, Trade shows, and other marketing materials across all teams.
  • Responsible for all clothing and uniforms as well as keeping an up to date and accurate inventory.
  • Assist with coordinating teammate recognition events including anniversary celebrations and gifts, 90-day dominos, etc.
  • Strategize and execute digital marketing campaigns and gather and analyze the data results from those campaigns.
  • Create consistent and compelling visual content and take pictures / videos on job sites as needed.
  • Developing a content strategy that determines what makes your clients' businesses unique.
  • Help plan team events with the Marketing & Communications Coordinator.
  • Support the Administration Team with any projects or needs they may have.
  • Any other duties assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Creative mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

 

Education Requirements

Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field)

 

Safety

Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Manual of Safety Practices and Procedures.

 

Travel

Travel to surrounding counties during the day is required as needed.
