SUMMARY
The Clinical Support role is designed to provide flexible support to the clinical team, assisting with case management duties and facilitating assigned hours of evidence-based group therapy sessions per week. This individual will be responsible for conducting case management intakes, managing case management tasks, assisting with financials, and performing additional duties as assigned by clinical leadership. The role requires a person with strong time management skills, experience working with the mental health population, and the ability to function effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday

Case Management:
Group Therapy Facilitation:

Facilitate evidence-based group therapy, utilizing CBT, DBT, or other therapeutic modalities as appropriate.
Collaboration and Team Participation:

Participate actively as part of the multidisciplinary team, collaborating with therapists, medical staff, and leadership to ensure the highest quality of care.
