MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years of work experience in a Staffing or HR environment as part of a team
- Previous experience scheduling interviews
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Clear, concise, and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Milpitas, Monday through Friday
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Associate's degree in Human Resources or Business and/or equivalent related experience
- Knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Organization and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of contractors, consultants, employees, and management
- Ability to work productively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures
- Demonstrated problem-solving and trouble shooting skills
- Flexible and able to prioritize
The hourly rate for this temporary position is between $20.00-26.00 + benefits. Within the range the individual pay may differ depending on additional factors including job responsibilities, job related knowledge, skills, abilities, education, and experience. The hourly pay range shown is subject to change and may be modified periodically.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
The Staffing Coordinator works primarily in an office environment from Monday to Friday. The schedule may be altered from time-to-time to meet business or operational needs; may travel from building-to-building as needed. Stands, sits, and walks; performs various fine grasping movements, bends, and twists; operates a computer and enters information using a keyboard, operates a telephone, and other office equipment. May occasionally push, pull, or lift up to 10 or more pounds.
