2 Go/Kiosk Prep Cook

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Prepare all products offered by the 2 Go Food Express Kiosk.
• Safely operate kitchen equipment.
• Follow appropriate sanitary practices.
• Maintain accurate portion control.
• Stock products as needed.
• Utilize proper rotation techniques.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work area on a daily basis.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous food service experience required.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES

• Strong communication skills.
• Strong food prep skills.
• Knowledge of proper sanitary practices.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment.
• Able to work efficiently and independently.
• Able to follow recipes and produce consistent food products.
• Highly self-motivated and dependable.

UNIVERSAL REQUIREMENTS

• Sensitivity to various cultures, including Native American cultures.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required.
• Serve as a credit to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, and encourage others to do the same.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Mobility throughout the facility.
• Able to work under stressful conditions.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds on a frequent basis.
