Dale Hardware, a member of ACE Hardware, and one of the largest independently owned and operated hardware retailers in the USA, is looking for service-driven Sales Associates across all departments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Has a friendly and outgoing personality for this customer-facing, service-driven, and retail-oriented position.
- Assists do-it-yourself homeowners, contractors and customers with finding products to fit their needs and project requirements.
- Embodies our legendary customer service qualities and ensures customers have a positive experience while in the store.
- Acts as a subject matter expert for all areas of hardware and home improvement, with particular emphasis on the assigned department.
- Stocks and maintains product inventory on the sales floor and in the back rooms, utilizes technology and software to track inventory levels, product inquiries, and customer look up's.
- Participates in our extensive sales, customer service, and product training sessions, programs, and lesson plans.
- Passionate about hardware, home improvement, retail, and customer service.
