All Lines Technology is seeking a versatile Help Desk Technician. This role blends hands-on technical work with remote support responsibilities, ideal for someone who thrives in both hardware and customer-facing environments.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and image Windows laptops using Microsoft Deployment Tools.
- Perform manual software installations and ensure proper configuration of devices.
- Provide remote and in-person support to end users, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and support common Windows applications, including the Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).
- Maintain and update device images and monitor application performance.
- Connect devices to Azure Active Directory and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Perform hardware replacements and upgrades (e.g., batteries, hard drives, displays).
- Document support interactions and manage tickets using a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
Qualifications
- AS or BS degree in Information Technology, Information Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Experience with imaging tools such as Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) or similar.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution.
- Basic understanding of Azure AD and device management.
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting and replacement.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset.
- OS X and iOS experience is a plus.
