Description

All Lines Technology is seeking a versatile Help Desk Technician. This role blends hands-on technical work with remote support responsibilities, ideal for someone who thrives in both hardware and customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy and image Windows laptops using Microsoft Deployment Tools.
  • Perform manual software installations and ensure proper configuration of devices.
  • Provide remote and in-person support to end users, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and support common Windows applications, including the Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).
  • Maintain and update device images and monitor application performance.
  • Connect devices to Azure Active Directory and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Perform hardware replacements and upgrades (e.g., batteries, hard drives, displays).
  • Document support interactions and manage tickets using a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.

Qualifications

  • AS or BS degree in Information Technology, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
  • Experience with imaging tools such as Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) or similar.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution.
  • Basic understanding of Azure AD and device management.
  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting and replacement.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset.
  • OS X and iOS experience is a plus.
