Summary: The analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret data to create reports utilizing tools like SQL, Excel, and Business Intelligence platforms as well as daily participation in the invoice approval process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize computer software to gather, compile, and analyze data, often involving complex queries in SQL and advanced functions in Excel.
- Design and develop reporting frameworks, identifying trends in data.
- Assess data-related issues and developing solutions to continuously optimize reporting processes and data integrity.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of data presented in reports and supporting data integrity across the data presentation layer.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Approve all departmental invoices in the CDK/Intellidealer software.
- Research & reconcile any invoice discrepancies.
- Participate in departmental projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
