Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, not required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (healthcare or behavioral health setting preferred).
- Certification: SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar credential preferred, not required.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple open positions and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems (Paycom experience a plus).
- Ability to represent RiverValley with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm
