Requirements
- LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT licensure required
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy and/or Psychology required
- Must meet requirements to be an approved supervisor by the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS)
- At least five years’ experience in a clinical setting
- Knowledge in DSM-IV/DSM-V diagnoses
- At least three years of supervisory experience
- Availability to be on call 24-hours for crisis management
- Experience in PTSD diagnosis and treatment
- Experience working with adults, children, couples, and families
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice, including targeted, evidence-based treatment modalities and measurement-based care
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in computer and information systems
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Experience working with military populations and/or veterans is strongly preferred.
- Ability to take general direction, work independently, and within a team
- Ability to work effectively with diverse group of clients, staff, and community members
- Reliable transportation required
- Must have a valid driver’s license, meet company insurance requirements, complete a provided driver training course, and drive company vehicles for work-related activities to include client transportation
