Requirements
- LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT licensure required
- Must be licensed in the state where the position is located
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy and/or Psychology required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading, managing, and/or supervising within a clinical setting
- Must have experience treating and diagnosing PTSD as well as co-morbid diagnoses (e.g., SUD, depression, anxiety), with evidence-based treatments and providing clinical supervision in these areas.
- Must demonstrate leadership capacity and ability to foster team building and a supportive, flexible environment
- Availability to be on call 24-hours for crisis management
- At least two years of experience providing clinical supervision to clinical/case management staff
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in computer and information systems
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to take general direction, work independently, and within a team
- Ability to work effectively with diverse group of clients, staff, and community members
- Valid driver’s license required if required to drive, and must be able to meet company insurance standards for drivers if applicable
Preferences
- Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, or Psychiatric Nurse practitioner preferred
- 10-15 years of clinical experience is preferred
- Experience across a range of modalities beyond individual adult treatment to include child, couples, and family treatment is preferred
- Experience working with a military or veteran population is preferred
