Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Administer and help develop competitive compensation and benefits programs to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
- Administer and analyze employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and equitable.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.
- Address employee questions and provide support on compensation and benefit-related matters.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding compensation, benefits, and HR-related inquiries.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support employee relations and other HR initiatives as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in compensation and benefits, including benefits administration and design preferred.
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in recruitment and HR administration.
Work Location: Hybrid/Remote options but must be available to meet at the corporate office as needed for meetings, training, etc.
Pay Range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually based on experience
