GENERAL SUMMARY:
The PM&CSS is responsible for working closely with healthcare and local government IT staff and operations teams to design, implement, and support workflows for document handling automation.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage client implementation deliverables along with internal developmental milestones
- Design and build solutions based on contract scope and workflow analysis
- Manage scope, resources, and timeline for client implementations
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with efficiency and professionalism
- Identify and address customer needs, with a goal of total satisfaction
- Provide expert answers to questions about products, integrations, and workflows
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for communications with minimal supervision
- Recommend improvements to company processes for efficiency and accuracy
- Other duties as assigned
