About the Role:
This highly strategic and hands-on role will focus on creating, executing, and optimizing demand generation programs that fuel the sales pipeline, enhance brand awareness, and maximize our distributor tools. The ideal candidate is a results-driven marketer with a deep understanding of B2B marketing, the promotional product space, digital demand generation, multichannel campaign execution, and platform optimization. This role requires strong collaboration within the marketing team and across departments, including sales, product management, and e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
35% Web Merchandising & Content Optimization:
- Strategically merchandise products on 3rd party platforms and primeline.com to maximize visibility and drive conversions.
- Optimize product listings with compelling copy, accurate information, and effective web bullets to enhance the customer experience.
- Manage and update website content to reflect current promotions, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
35% Distributor Tools Management:
- Establish and manage a robust pay-for-placement (click) strategy with our different 3rd industry-only platforms.
- Monitor and ensure that the customer interaction with Prime Line is seamless throughout the platforms by consistently reviewing, reporting on, and auditing our products.
- Develop keyword/SEO strategy for primeline.com as well as the industry tools.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, IT (EDI), and sales to identify opportunities and develop promotional plans driving to overarching business goals related to distributor tools.
10% Web Data, Image & Photography Management:
- Oversee the management and organization of product imagery, ensuring high-quality visuals are used across all platforms.
- Coordinate product photography shoots, including planning, execution, and post-production, to create visually appealing content.
- Maintain digital asset management of images.
- Ensure that all images and date is QA’d and complete
10% Lead Nurturing & Sales Enablement:
- Create and execute lead nurturing workflows that guide prospects through the buyer journey.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing assets and tools that support lead conversion, including sales collateral, presentations, and targeted email campaigns.
- Implement marketing automation best practices to enhance lead scoring, segmentation, and personalization.
10% Performance Analytics & Optimization:
- Track, analyze, and report on key demand generation metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI, as well as platform performance metrics.
- Leverage data insights to refine campaigns, improve audience targeting, optimize marketing spend, and maximize platform effectiveness.
- Utilize A/B testing and other methodologies to enhance marketing performance and engagement rates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with the e-commerce team to drive online demand and improve customer acquisition strategies.
- Work with product management to align marketing campaigns with key product initiatives and differentiators.
- Support trade show and event marketing efforts to maximize brand exposure and lead generation opportunities.
