Position Summary: The Project Manager will support the sales team in delivering high-quality, timely solutions for our clients. This role involves collaboration with internal departments and the maintenance of external client and vendor relationships to ensure project success. The Project Manager will play a critical role in cultivating new and repeat business by providing detailed support essential for project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective, healthy, and interactive relationship with all Sales team staff
- Develop accurate estimates for all custom jobs using internal tools and provide them to the Sales team promptly
- Organize and maintain accurate pricing and offerings from all suppliers to ensure the most up-to-date information is available
- Be able to interpret and decipher frame build drawings for all client graphic needs
- Accurately and efficiently enter all Sales Order details into the system to reflect the project scope
- Initiate and maintain relationships with each client to specify project timelines, define task deadlines, and obtain payments based on clients’ terms
- Collaborate with outside vendors for necessary services (e.g., I&D, Freight, Furniture, Flooring, LED) to book services and ensure high-quality performance
- Work closely with internal departments to gather necessary information, set deadlines, and complete tasks on time
- Address issues as they arise with a solutions-oriented approach and a positive mindset
- Use internal systems and software efficiently to ensure proper access to project files and maintain redundancy
- Perform other duties as assigned
