Position Summary:   The Project Manager will support the sales team in delivering high-quality, timely solutions for our clients. This role involves collaboration with internal departments and the maintenance of external client and vendor relationships to ensure project success. The Project Manager will play a critical role in cultivating new and repeat business by providing detailed support essential for project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain effective, healthy, and interactive relationship with all Sales team staff
  • Develop accurate estimates for all custom jobs using internal tools and provide them to the Sales team promptly
  • Organize and maintain accurate pricing and offerings from all suppliers to ensure the most up-to-date information is available
  • Be able to interpret and decipher frame build drawings for all client graphic needs
  • Accurately and efficiently enter all Sales Order details into the system to reflect the project scope
  • Initiate and maintain relationships with each client to specify project timelines, define task deadlines, and obtain payments based on clients’ terms
  • Collaborate with outside vendors for necessary services (e.g., I&D, Freight, Furniture, Flooring, LED) to book services and ensure high-quality performance
  • Work closely with internal departments to gather necessary information, set deadlines, and complete tasks on time
  • Address issues as they arise with a solutions-oriented approach and a positive mindset
  • Use internal systems and software efficiently to ensure proper access to project files and maintain redundancy
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience; order entry, project coordination or management experience preferred
  • Detail Oriented, organized with high respect to following processes
  • Great internal and external written and verbal communication
  • Understands how to time manage and prioritize tasks based on urgency
  • Good Collaborator with a team and with the customer
  • Self-Starter able to adapt to multiple ERP/CRM systems and processes
  • Multi-tasker and able to adapt to changing needs daily
  • Ability to think quickly, make decisions and solve problems

  • Position is in our Buford office
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend throughout the workday
  • Might be called upon to respond to customer inquiries outside of normal business hours
