What You Will DoÂ
- Be the face of the parent company, representing all the entities
- Work with Ownership and Operations to create new roles and job descriptions for the company
- Identify and recruit top quality candidates within the Food & Beverage industry; successfully sourcing potential candidates via LinkedIn and other external sources, internal networking, leveraging social media and direct solicitation
- Recruits for Manager and above restaurant roles and all corporate staffing
- Trains hiring managers (GM, AGMs, Managers, Exec Chef, Sous, etc) on hiring process and software
- Coordinates with leadership to identify staffing needs and create a clear recruiting strategy to fill positions in a timely manner with high potential candidates
- Proactively forecast recruitment needs for all business units
- Manage all recruiting vendor accounts and Applicant Tracking SystemÂ
- Create and execute ongoing recruitment campaigns in LinkedIn, Culinary Agents, Indeed, etc to identify leads, create a pool of potential candidates, uncover the individual motivators for each candidate, and build a process for regular contact
- Continuously build the candidate pool by sourcing and screening for talent, regardless of if there is an open position or not
- Helps shape and promote the corporate cultureÂ
- Manages communication to the office regarding new hires, events, etc.Â
- Be a part of opening team for new sites
- Lead the process of welcoming new hires and ensuring they feel welcome and acclimate to our culture
- Act as an HR Generalist and provide support to the HR Director
Compensation: This role offers a base salary range of $60,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
